93 Domaine Landrat-Guyollot 2017 Gemme Océane (Pouilly-Fumé). This small-production wine is one of two that are labeled Cuvées Exquises by the producer. This wine takes its inspiration from the small ocean shells in the chalk soil. The terroir gives the wine great herbal flavors, very ripe pink-grapefruit flavors and final mineral-driven acidity.
