TRUST FOR THE FUTURE

A year ago, Yachts & Yachting chose as its charity of the year the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust. We knew then how vital the Trust’s work was, but over the past 12 months we have got to know it better, by spending time with its volunteers, with its staff and by going sailing with some of the young people who the Trust helps. Those experiences have only bolstered our respect for the Trust team and our appreciation of the life-changing work they do. Here we take a look at what the Trust has been doing this past year and how we can all help support it over Christmas, as it broadcasts a nationwide appeal on Radio 4.
