Fewer subs, fewer crashes
Rugby should reduce the number of substitutes. Too many players are bulking up to play 50-60 minutes, resulting in harder hits during shorter game time, and more injuries. Reducing subs will mean players have to be leaner and try to avoid the big crashes.
