Held roles with Randwick and Japan during 1990s before taking charge of Brumbies (1998-2001) and then getting the Wallabies job (2001-05). Stints with Saracens, Reds and South Africa (RWC 2007) followed, then returned to Japan to coach Suntory Sungoliath
