Sailing the Calton Kombi

Multi-instrumentalist and worldrenowned guitar case maker, Keith Calton, leads a double life. When he’s not playing in a band or making the announcements on the main stage at the annual music festival Weyfest, he’s working on improvements to the 10m MacWester Wight he keeps at Eastney Cruising Association (PBO January 2019), or perfecting the design of his own nesting dinghy – the Calton Kombi.

First designed 40 years ago, the 2019 Calton Kombi (CK19) is a 7ft 8in nestable pram dingy that is ready to row, sail or outboard motor.
