In October 2017, I traveled to Antarctica to dive in the coldest water on our planet. I went to explore the underwater world with a drawing slate and a camera and to speak with the scientists doing research in the southernmost accessible ocean on Earth. My quest: to write and illustrate stories that communicate the beauty and wonder of nature.
