A concept artist’s journey
Nick Keller hails from Tauranga, New Zealand, and is now living in Wellington with his wife and two sons. He is a VES and Tui award-winning concept artist and illustrator currently working at Weta Digital.
How would you describe yourself as an artist and what inspires you? What was your journey to becoming a concept artist?
After completing a bachelor of engineering degree, I was intent on abandoning my career path in favour of something artistic; drawing and painting had been a childhood love.
