The Woodstock 50 festival, which was due to take place between August 16 and 18, has now been cancelled after organisers faced “a series of unforeseen setbacks”. The festival was announced at the beginning of the year, with artists including Robert Plant, Greta Van Fleet, David Crosby and Rival Sons among those set to appear. Since then the event has suffered a series of setbacks, including the loss of financial backing and their original site.
