Sewing Buddies

Each woman started off putting $50 a month into a ‘kitty’ bank account. After a short time they decided that they could buy an overlocker between them. After looking around and doing a deal with Baby Lock they found they had enough money for one overlocker each. This kitty also pays for their subscription to Stitches magazine. Having a sewing buddy is fantastic as you have a good friend to help during the cutting, fitting and finishing stages. The social interaction is also wonderful therapy.
