IN issue 260 you published my positive response to Chris White’s letter concerning the future for small ‘nowhere to nowhere’railways.
In the same issue, David R Holt writes from Australia and likens these railways to one near where he lives that failed, and because of that he fears that those in the UK will suffer a similar fate.
