THE PANASONIC LUMIX Great Bath Photo Walk

The floodgates took a little while to open, but full-frame mirrorless cameras are here to stay and are really starting to catch on. But established big-hitters in the DSLR space aren’t the only brands to offer compelling products in this new market. Other manufacturers have created their own niches to appeal to professionals and keen amateurs alike.

One such camera is Panasonic’s Lumix S1R, the brand’s first full-frame mirrorless model. It packs a 47.3MP image sensor and in-body image stabilisation, uses the expanding family of L-Mount lenses (see page 97), and is renowned for its ability to take high-quality photographs in low light.
