urricane Dorian was still spinning like a dreidel of devastation over the Bahamas when the boating community—much of it still in the crosshairs of Dorian themselves—jumped into action to offer aid. Volunteer flotillas began to mobilize, pop-up aid drop-offs were organized and GoFundMe accounts sprung up across the internet. There was confusion and chaos as our community came to grips with the devastation in the islands and how best to help.
