was interested to read about comments concerning sensor sizes. I have never understood why they are compared to an obsolete film technology. Why not call a 35 mm sensor as a ‘1' sensor, and use fractions for smaller size sensors and larger numbers for bigger sensors? However the one expression that really annoys me is when people talk about ‘video footage' when referring to video clips? Sure, back in the day, you exposed 100ft of Tri X in your Bell & Howell cine camera, but since we have gone digital, we should be talking about megabytes of video, not ‘footage'.
