A Guru could fill a book with this stuff, but let’s boil it down to the most essential parts of the buying equation. Don’t spend thousands if you’re driving a hi-fi worth hundreds, as high end speakers will highlight every ugly imperfection on the other end of the cable – though do give yourself some space to upgrade your audio gear in the future.
