Holmes is where the heart is

I was struck by the Martha Holmes photograph of the fan hugging Billy Eckstein, not least because I'm also a fan of his, although I never got a chance to hug him. However, when I went to look for a book of photographs by Martha I was disappointed to find that she doesn't seem to have anything currently in publication. Might you have any hints?
