    Sony is the second big TV maker to enter the 8K resolution race. Its Master Series ZG9, available in hulking 85- (reviewed here) and 98-inch screen sizes, is priced at £13,999 and £84,999 respectively. While Samsung started its smaller 8K screens at surprisingly affordable prices, Sony is clearly not targeting those of us who moan when Netflix raises its monthly sub.

    Still the Z9G currently stands as the only opposition to Samsung’s 8K sets, at least until LG brings its much-anticipated 8K OLED out later this year. So how does it compare
