BATTERY CHARGER ADVICE PLEASE

I am new here and recently bought a 4×4 trailer to start camping again. My first memories of holidays were in a caravan and I now want to share the enjoyment with my kids.

Long story short… I had to replace my 4x4 trailer’s two batteries as they were a bit ‘finished’. I replaced them with two 674T Maxim 105A/h batteries, and now I have a question or two regarding charging and battery maintenance/care.

Firstly, I have 220V, 12V and a solar panel at my disposal.

Secondly, I have less than Zero/Nil/ Niks technical knowledge, so please bear with me here!

The batteries are both connected to the current ‘charger’ (unknown brand) and a MegaPulse device (I tried reading up but…). I was told to get a CTEK MXS 5.0 charger. Questions:

1. I have a Stanley 15 Amp battery charger with Quick Start timer – will it work or do you advise a CTEK MXS 5.0 charger or
