BACK TO THE FUTURE

“Gardeners often need to look back to look forward. Although climate change wasn’t in the vocabulary of gardeners in the past, some of the older gardening techniques are still relevant and can help us combat modern problems and prepare for extremes.” So says Ian Wright, Acting Head of Gardens for the National Trust.

To help with this, the trust has identified some of the traditional techniques and approaches that can be used to tackle modern challenges.
