IN last issue’s editorial, I wrote about the fear of what others think and to perhaps ignore their opinions and create whatever takes your automotive fancy. Here’s a great example of what I was writing about. We couldn’t identify the owner or builder of this 1932 Ford 3-window coupe which doesn’t fit the normal paradigm or mould of what some may expect from a deuce 3-window. The purists exclaimed, “WTF, words fail me”! But, that’s just their opinion, and aside from that, you’d have to admire the owner/builders efforts in building a car to his own tastes which appears to be certified and on the road. It just goes to show how different we all are and that’s the background tapestry of hot rodding.
