For 48-year-old architect Pankaj Vir Gupta, one half of vir.mueller architects, an academic approach to architectural research is as important as integrity of material and craftsmanship. From teaching to designing projects across the globe, Gupta opens up about his vision, style and inspiration.

I grew up in New Delhi went to the US to study architecture, then started teaching in there.
