Ready for the supersonic age?

Boeing has made a massive step into the supersonic future by partnering with Aerion to bring its AS2 12-passenger business jet to the public. The manufacturer’s investment will accelerate the development of technology and aircraft design to see tomorrow’s passengers enjoy faster, more efficient travel. Based in Reno, Nevada, Aerion’s next-generation supersonic aircraft will fly at speeds of up to Mach 1.4, approximately 70 per cent faster than today’s business jets. When AS2 takes off in 2023, it will shave three hours off a transatlantic flight. boeing.com aerionsupersonic.com
