MAKE A PALLET GARDEN
The simplest starting point is to make a basic planter. You don’t need many tools and the freestanding version shown here can be knocked together in a couple of hours. The wall-mounted version is hung on lengths of strong chain. Both take up very little room and can be used to brighten any wall around a house or shed. Use them to grow plenty of herbs and salad, or fill with trailing flowers for a beautiful decorative planter.
