Bad Rat, or Kickin’ Chicken?

This story begins with an unusual set of circumstances. The Seward family had a 1962 Chrysler Newport in an old wooden chicken shed on their property in Somerset, and for year after year they left it there. Charlie Seward grew up knowing about it – his father took the car as payment for a debt back in 1992, when Charlie was a toddler. Yet car-mad Charlie, who grew up around classics and started his own restoration business in 2014, never touched it until last year.
