About halfway through the Ultra-trail Cape Town 100km, Emily Hawgood (Zimbabwe) and Chris Mocko (USA) leave Llandudno and make their way along Sandy Bay's coastline before tackling Suther Peak (dubbed Suffer Peak by the race director).

Emily went on the win the women's race in 11h49min, placing seventh overall, no doubt spurred by the lekker boude on display. Chris was the quickest American, finishing 11th man almost an hour after Emily.
