USB–C power delivery

USB–C IS NOW standard on all MacBooks and the new iPad Pro. A welcome change from prior versions is that the plug fits the port either way round. A more crucial difference is that a USB–C cable can have the same plug on both ends.

Previously, you could use a USB Micro-B cable to connect cameras, speakers, battery packs, and other accessories to any wall charger with a USB–A port.
