As I write this column, the annual North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit is once again under way. Since 1987 this event has been held every January, with the halls of Cobo Center in downtown Detroit filling up with the latest and greatest the automotive industry has to offer. This year’s event, which ran from January 14-25, was no exception.
