    Rawson Homes scored a major win in the 2018 MBA NSW Excellence in Housing Awards when its Derwent 27 display home was named winner of the Exhibition/Project Homes $350,001-$400,000 category. The family-friendly Derwent 27, designed with a narrow footprint that makes it ideally suited to 10m-wide blocks, makes intelligent use of space and does not stint when it comes to special inclusions and style.
