The same but different: What goes on in Saigon?

Since the first Lambretta LD was uncrated on Saigon’s dockside, scooters have been an integral part of Vietnamese life. Though today the country is clearly dominated by four-stroke automatic scooters, there is still an ongoing, and growing, interest in the classic machines. This month we take a quick look at the scooter scene both in
