MATERIALS

• Pure white Habotai silk fabric 10mm

• Frame to stretch piece of silk

• Jacquard Dye-Na-Flow silk paint

• Jacquard removable water-based resist

• Plastic bottle with metal tip

• Watercolour brushes

• Mixing plates

STEP ONE

Firstly, pre-wash the silk by hand. Then rinse and dry the silk until it is slightly damp. Iron the silk to set it for later.

STEP TWO

Prepare your painting template by drawing your own design and scaling it on paper. Use a pencil first before permanently
