2nd Annual Nitro Revival

IT was promoted as ‘The Collision of Two Vintage Racing Worlds’. A meeting of vintage circuit racing cars, bikes and quarter-mile, nostalgia nitro-burning dragsters, or what could be called, a sensory feast of vintage motorsport race vehicles from the ‘60s, ‘70s and beyond.

There was the collision of sound as the highly tuned whine of Lola, McLaren, Brabham, Chevron, Maserati, Formula Ford, and Porsche engines got drowned out by the thunderous roar of the ground-shaking, nitro-belching, blown dragster engines. The collision of smell as choking, eye-watering nitro fumes, surprisingly
