Conquer Your Obstacles

Trish Bahlmann and I have had successful careers in road running, trail running, and triathlon. Obstacle course racing (OCR) was something that always intrigued us. Once my triathlon career came to an end in 2012, I began training and competing in OCR.

Having seen the overall benefits I experienced first-hand from the diversity of the sport and the benefits that this type of training presented, I introduced some obstacle training elements into Trish’s running programme as a cross-training tool.
