What’s in a   drop?

Some believe the heel-to-toe drop to be the critical factor between getting the right shoe and the wrong shoe. Others have never heard of it! How important is the drop really?

WHAT IS IT?

The drop is more accurately termed the ramp angle or heel gradient. It is often referred to in millimetres difference between the thickness of the sole in the front and rear of the shoe.
