Study Shows Knitters are Happier People

A recent study has found that taking part in craft activities, such as knitting, is great for your mental health. Taking place at Otago University in New Zealand, the study asked 658 students to keep journals of their experiences, thoughts and feelings over 13 days. The results showed that those that worked on craft projects became much happier and had a brighter outlook on life.
