Sewing … more than a hobby

There are times when my sewing is referred to by those who don’t understand as a hobby. Actually most of the rest of my life is the hobby but that would take more time than most folks have to explain.

Sewing is what gets me up in the morning, and sometimes at night when a mistake that bugs me needs fixing. Sewing is the place I go to hide out from work pressures and family dramas – for consolation
