Passengers let down by rail industry failures, says ORR

A THREE-month inquiry into the timetabling chaos which stemmed from May’s national timetable change has pointed the finger of blame collectively at Network Rail, Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR), Northern, the Department for Transport (DfT), and even the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), which commissioned the report.
