A career in coffee

My career in coffee started in a chain café when I was about 15 years old. Looking back now on the quality of the coffee I was making back then, I am pretty surprised that I actually took a liking to drinking it. At this point in time, I certainly didn’t see coffee as a potential career – it was just a part time job which earned me some money on weekends and later helped me pay the bills while I was at university.
