This time 10 intrepid scooterists made the journey, twice the 2016 number: Sean, Dave, Vince, Malcolm and Alex joined Pete, Billy, Paddy, Darren and John for the 2017 CBS Tour. The Costa Blanca Scooterists – aka ‘CBS’ scooter group has been running on the central south coast of Spain for over three years. We meet in the town of San Miguel near Torrevieja most Sunday mornings, to go out for a run with like-minded lads, sometimes meeting up with our Spanish counterparts – that’s what we do. With over 100 of us on our Facebook page, CBS Scooterists are a blend of new and old: Vespas, Lambrettas and Scomadis, and our age range is about 50 (ish) plus.
