Paul Le Brocq is a member of the Purple Hearts Scooter Club, a name which instantly suggests that one way or another he has an association with the Mod scene. He does, and it goes all the way back to 1980 at the height of post-Quadrophenia revival. However, Paul’s story is slightly different as it didn’t happen on mainland UK but in Jersey where he grew up.
