Swanage Southern green rake returns to main line
FIVE coaches belonging to the Swanage Railway returned to the main line on April 13 when they were used in connection with a test run involving U Class ‘Mogul’ steam loco No. 31806.
The vehicles involved were Mk.1 TSO (Tourist Standard Open) Nos. 4842/99, 4945/61 and BSK (Brake Standard Corridor) No. acted as ‘top and tail’/back-up loco.
