With white sandy beaches and a balmy subtropical climate, Queensland’s Gold Coast is a thriving tourist destination. It’s also home to around 600,000 permanent residents, with a projected growth of over a million in the next 15 years, as more people choose to embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
