“I’m in my second year at Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town. It’s tough, but worth it! I recently did a stint at La Petite Colombe in Franschhoek and I learnt a lot of new recipes and techniques, including a delicious fermented cauliflower dish. Now I’m at La Colombe in Constantia.
