A CHANCE encounter with the iconic ‘Jerolamo’ cafe racer while on a European holiday in 2014 was enough to convince Geelong’s Jonathan Taylor it was time to make his own. Built by Italian custom shop Mr Martini around a late-model Triumph triple, the stripped-back ‘Jerolamo' boasted the best you could buy in wheels, suspension and brakes to handle as great as it looked.
