Ten minutes west of London’s city centre is Holland Park, the trendy neighbourhood that has families scrambling for a piece of the pie and celebrities buying property like they’re playing Monopoly.
Nuzzled between Notting Hill and Kensington, and counting the Beckhams and Sir Elton John among its residents, the neighbourhood is distinctly “Old London”. House prices in the picturesque enclave have skyrocketed — reportedly 300 per cent in 12 years.
