“Are they going to take my leg off?” As Tyson Clark was shunted between doctors and specialists, that thought crossed his mind many times. Then thoughts changed to how many of his mates would be happy to just lose a leg and not their life. Tyson, after all, was a soldier and somewhat immune to the terrible toll war takes on human beings after tours of Afghanistan and Iraq.
