About this series
Meet Ben Mapstone, a young boy struggling to find his way through this world. After a traumatic childhood, he finds some unearthly friends who save him, and then prepare Ben for what is coming. The first half of the book follows Ben on his journey to become a leader and a warrior.
Now grown up, Ben and his friends create a multibillion pound organisation and go on an epic mission to create their own way to survive the end of humanity. The team and their family get ready for what is to come, by any way that they can. Are they the only survivors? Who can they trust?
The unearthly friends (Freolans) become a central part of Ben’s world, but can they be trusted as well? Why are they interested in saving humanity?
The second half of a book is beginning of the fall of humanity, the world is scorched and we start to see how the team survives in a dystopian future. Is this the future that Ben was warned about?
Join Ben on a journey of self discovery and friendships, fictional ideas and maybe too much violence, but for adult Ben and his friends there is never too much violence.

- Ben Mapstone and the Freolan Army: Darkness is Coming
1
Ben Mapstone is a normal boy growing up in rough circumstances. His mistreatment leads him down a dark path where he meets the Freolans. The mystical friends take him, and his assassin dad, to a mind blowing world where they give him information that will change his life forever. He is told the end of humanity is coming and he must prepare. Ben undergoes some serious training, and then with his crazy group of friends, goes on an action packed journey to establish the ultimate doomsday home. However, not everything is as it seems. Not everyone that is a friend will help, and the number of enemies grows by the day. Violence seems to follow them wherever they turn, as the world spirals into chaos. Just when they think the madness might improve, we meet Lysander, a Freolan from hell. Join Ben on a journey of self discovery and friendships, fictional ideas and violence. This is a fictional dark dystopian novel, part of The Freolan Series. Throughout the story there is an undertone about mental strength and positivity, always trying to find a way through adversity.
- Zara and the Fallen Freolans: Hell on Earth
2
Lysander is on a rampage. Death and destruction are what he exists for. Ben and the team are searching for ways to help humanity survive after the collapse of modern society. Their journey takes them to war, and to the edge of reality, where things they cannot believe become conceivable. Their discoveries open a realm of possibilities that go further than the 3rd dimension. Some wars you cannot win, and new ways to exist need to be found. The horror of this new dimension is too much for some, while others find ways to adapt. Zara and some others are born into a new era that is perfect for their psychotic behaviours. As the Freolan powers are shared and the possibilities grow, a new army begins a journey further into the universe. Wars are beginning, who will survive? The second book in The Freolan Series continues the fictional dark dystopian themes, with mild horror and random humour. The challenges faced in the book have an undertone that is about being mentally strong and maintaining a positive mentality. Any religious references are never meant to be divisive.
