- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5First off the black sheriff is up for reelection against a racist white guy and of course the author had to make that known; again and again. I could look past that even though there are millions of other ethnic radicals. But the author kept harping on white privilege, white supremacy and on and on. And of course people who are anti-immigration. Tell that to people who will be impacted by the millions and millions of illegals entering the U.S. where a HUGE number are known terrorists; or the thousands of young Chinese men crossing the border. Well gosh darn, I guess I am anti-immigration.
I didn’t even finish the book. Now before you think this reviewer is racist, I guess it’s hard to maybe not be sometimes when this is constantly shoved down your throat.
I’ve never known anyone with white privilege except the very rich and celebrities. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Excellent series. Great characters and storyline. Hoping there is more in this series.
