About this ebook

There comes a moment in every soul's ascent when knowing is no longer enough…

when seeing cannot suffice…

when reality demands not reflection, but union. That moment—the Truth of Certainty.

From the beginning, mankind has staggered between borrowed truths and shadowed reflections. He clung to what he was told – Knowledge of Certainty...

He beheld flashes of reality through the veils of vision (– Eye of Certainty) …

But only the few ascend the final step—where the truth is no longer sought, because it becomes you, and you become it.

Here, the tongue falls silent, for certainty does not speak — it radiates.

Here, books close, eyes close, even thought bows in surrender — for what stands before you is the unveiled Presence, the eternal secret, the light that was once shown to the angels themselves and concealed from the arrogant of men.

"Then He     presented       them   to       the      angels..."

— and the world, in that moment, was reshaped.

Truth of Certainty Eye of Certainty Knowledge of Certainty! (3) - S. Norman Gee

    Introduction

There comes a moment in every soul’s ascent when knowing is no longer enough...

    when seeing cannot suffice...

when reality demands not reflection, but union. That moment—the Truth of Certainty.

From the beginning, mankind has staggered between borrowed truths and shadowed reflections. He clung to what he was told – Knowledge of Certainty...

He beheld flashes of reality through the veils of vision (– Eye of Certainty) ...

Then He presented them to the angels...

    — and the world, in that moment, was reshaped.

In this chapter, we shall tear through the final veil. We shall unveil what was shown, who was presented, and why knowing them is not just knowledge — it is salvation.

We shall expose how the denial of this truth gave rise to a thousand sects, and how its affirmation will restore the fractured path to the One Way.

Prepare, O reader — For what follows is not interpretation.

It is the truth that crushes doubt, the certainty that silences all other voices, the echo of a voice that never lied.

There arrives, in every seeker’s ascent, a threshold beyond which borrowed knowledge collapses... Where echoes fade, and the soul, no longer content to know or see, must become.

This threshold is Ḥaqq al-Yaqīn—the Truth of Certainty.

Since the dawn of human awareness, people have lived trapped between hearsay and hallucination— between ‘Ilm al-Yaqīn, the knowledge heard with the ears...

and ‘Ayn al-Yaqīn, the vision perceived with the eyes.

But only those divinely guided reach the third station— Where the truth is not described, nor observed—but embodied.

Here, certainly, I is not learned but lived.

It burns through veils, shatters illusions, and annihilates the arrogance of I know.

    Here, the tongue grows still...

For certainty is not voiced — it is manifest. Books fall silent, images recede, even though they prostrate! Because what unveils itself at this stage is the Presence: The concealed light, once shown to the angels, hidden from the blind, and guarded by the purified.

Then He presented them to the angels...

And with that act, the world was redefined.

In this third chapter, we will not interpret — we will unveil — We will expose what was presented, who was honored, and why knowing them is not optional truth, but the path to salvation itself.

    — We will reveal how the rejection of this reality birthed division, distortion, and darkness, and how its recognition is the only key to reunite the severed path to the Divine.

Prepare yourself, O reader — For what lies ahead is not metaphor, nor conjecture.

It is the resounding reality that silences every lie, the clarity that drowns every shade, and the unveiling of a name long denied, yet never absent.

This is not the end of the journey. This is the threshold of arrival.

A Journey Through the Dams of Ignorance Toward the Dawn of Certainty

In the first and second parts, we embarked on a contemplative and intellectual journey — one that sought to unravel the perplexing, wondrous, obscure, and elusive entanglements of the inherited methods, frameworks, techniques, and epistemologies of transmission — which had been insidiously embedded into minds.

We labored — armed with all the rational strength we could summon — to dismantle the towering barriers of inherited interpretations:

ambiguous, veiled, muddled, disguised, and far from clarity — far from reason.

And just as we stood face-to-face with the deepest textual revelations, we dared to peel open their layered, splitting meanings —those which had severed the bond between revelation and reason.

For the Muslims have become listeners... but the Truth contained in the verses of God cannot be encompassed except by awakened and believing intellects.

    Was Adam a Vicegerent?

I ndeed, I will place a vicegerent on Earth, Adam was not explicitly named as that vicegerent. Rather, what was conveyed was the concept around which the angels’ questions revolved — giving us the clear impression that there was no direct and unambiguous statement confirming Adam as the vicegerent at that moment.

The angels’ question was not an objection to the act of creation or appointment itself.

It was an inquiry — a probing of the nature of who would come to spread corruption and shed blood upon the earth, based on their prior experience with former creations.

And He taught Adam all the names.

These were not the names of physical, material things, as some have mistakenly presumed.

Rather, they were profound names— names that pertain to essences, to metaphysical realities, to pure truths beyond tangible form.

The divine act of teaching Adam was not a mere transmission of information.

It was a luminous unveiling — a radiant guidance that opened to him what lies beyond the visible world. It was not data, but divine disclosure — a sacred initiation into the language of essence.

    The prostration to Adam

When the angels prostrated to Adam, they did not bow to him as a human being.

Their prostration was for what he carried within— a knowledge and a perception that enabled him to grasp truths others could not.

Indeed, it is knowledge that elevates the soul. It is acquired through reflection and experience, not inherited like power — for power may be misused, but knowledge, when true, becomes light.

The prostration was not to Adam as an individual, but to that divine knowledge granted to him by God — the knowledge of those bearers of the Names, a knowledge that set him apart from all other created beings at that moment.

This distinction was not found in Adam’s physical form, but in his recognition of those sacred beings, whose names God had taught him — a favor not granted to the angels.

And as proof: God presented each of those beings, one by one, then asked the angels to name them—but they could not.

Then He asked Adam — and Adam knew.

    Reveal to me...

In the Qur'an, Anbi'ūnīInform Me — is not a mere request for information.

It is a divine proclamation that carries within it a summons to unveil a truth far deeper than a list of names.

When God said to the angels:

Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful, the question was not merely about identifying the names of those presented.

Rather, it was an announcement — a signal that there exists a higher form of knowledge, one that surpasses the limited knowledge of the angels.

A knowledge that had been entrusted to Adam, and one that God intended for the children of Adam to seek and inherit.

This question was a declaration that the angels did not possess this knowledge, and that their understanding had boundaries.

Whereas Adam—who had been taught the names and introduced to their bearers — had received a distinct knowledge from God — a knowledge that qualified him for a position of distinction among all other creations.

Thus, the question was also an unveiling of the new cosmic role of humankind — a role grounded in knowledge and wisdom, a form of knowing that did not exist among other beings like the angels or jinn. Through it, the human being was destined to become a creature of choice, of moral agency, and of interactive purpose in the theater of creation.

What is the extent of God’s power in delivering his message?

God’s power in conveying His message is not limited to humankind — rather, it reaches all of creation in the manner and path that He Himself wills.
