About this ebook

If you're reading this, you are probably a veteran of a few failed diets. You are hardly alone. Most people who go on a new diet have actually gone on diets before.  The pattern is all too familiar: You go on a diet and lose weight. After a few weeks, the weight comes back. Believe it or not, the problem with dieting is NOT losing weight. In fact, most diets "work" – they CAN help you lose weight. In many cases, they can help you lose a LOT of weight. This is not the problem. The problem is KEEPING the weight (and fat) off!

Your Permanent Weight Loss Blueprint - ناصر عبد العالي

    Introduction

I’ve got some good news and bad news. The good news is that the main problem with most diets currently available on the market is not weight loss.

Believe it or not, the vast majority of diets out there currently for sale in one form or another will help you lose weight. I’m not talking about may help you lose weight. I’m talking about some sort of guaranteed result.

You will lose some weight. The problem is, there is a wide variation in the amount of weight you will lose with these programs.

Maybe you lose a pound here and there, or you may be in for some drastic weight loss. I’m talking about the kind of new body that you can’t wait to show off on Instagram.

Sounds good so far? Well, this should not be a surprise because diets don’t become popular just because they get published by some sort of big-time publishing house. That’s not why people can’t stop talking about certain diets. The bottom line is, diets don’t become popular if they don’t work.

The global marketplace for weight loss systems, whether in the form of diets or exercise machines or food supplement lines, really boils down to market self-selection. That’s just a fancy way of saying that if a product doesn’t work, it doesn’t sell. If it doesn’t sell, it doesn’t get popular.

Are you with me? Do you see where this leads to?

It should be clear that this leads to one unavoidable conclusion: most, if not all, of the diets that are very big currently work. They help people lose weight.

    The bad news?

You might think that what I just shared with you is amazing news. Well, don’t get too excited. The problem is not losing weight. The problem is keeping the weight off.

To achieve permanent weight loss, you can’t look to diets. I know this is going to run against everything that you’ve heard.

I’m sure that you’ve read all sorts of diet books and all sorts of weight loss tips, both online and offline, before reading this book. But let me tell you, if you’re serious about losing weight permanently, you have to change your mindset. You have to focus on weight loss strategies instead of specific diets.

I understand that this is a shocking idea because there is a multibillion-dollar weight loss industry out there. This global industry makes money off people like you failing. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the absolute truth.

People who pick up a diet book are often veterans of previous diets. This is not their first time to the dance. They’ve been disappointed before. They’ve tried all sorts of diets, and guess what? Those diets
