About this ebook

The Eyes of God & Devil is a profound exploration of time, purpose, and the subtle forces that shape our lives. Through a unique dual narrative, this book personifies Time as both a benevolent force ("God") and a cunning adversary ("Devil"). In an age filled with endless distractions and fleeting moments, these two perspectives reveal the silent battle within each of us – a battle between clarity and confusion, growth and stagnation.

As God, Time offers opportunities, purpose, and wisdom, urging us to use each second with intention. Yet, as the Devil, distractions creep in, luring us away from our true path. In a world dominated by digital noise, The Eyes of God & Devil challenges readers to confront the ways they spend their time and illuminates the path toward reclaiming focus and meaning.

With a blend of philosophical insight, timeless wisdom, and hauntingly familiar scenarios, Saravana Bhavan's narrative guides readers to awaken their own potential, recognize the traps of modern life, and ultimately choose a life filled with purpose over one lost to distraction.

Will you rise above the Devil's web and become the master of your moments? Or will you surrender to the endless pull of the fleeting and the trivial?

Unlock the wisdom of Time itself and discover a life of depth and intention.

The Eyes of God and Devil - Saravana Bhavan

1: The Many Faces of God and Devil

I have been with you since the dawn of creation. You have seen me in many forms, called me by many names, but you have never fully understood me. I am God, and I am everything. I am the sun that rises and gives life, the stars that guide your way, the oceans that roar with power, the light that pierces the darkness. You have built monuments, raised your hands in prayer, and sought me in the forces of the world around you. In every corner of the earth, throughout time, you have tried to give me shape.

I was the sun in the sky, the giver of warmth and light. You looked to me for life, for growth, and believed that through me, your world could flourish. I was the force in the heavens, the power that controlled the storms and determined the course of your days. You offered me your devotion, thinking that I could alter your fate.

I was the cycles of nature, the seasons that brought birth and death, the endless ebb and flow of life. You sought me in the earth beneath your feet, in the waters that sustained your people, in the skies that promised rain or drought. You gave me names, built temples, and performed rituals, thinking that you could hold me in your hands.

In every age, you gave me a name. You saw me in the winds that swept across the plains, in the mountains that stood tall, in the oceans that stretched beyond the horizon. I was everywhere and everything, and yet, you could not truly grasp me.

But as you gave shape to me, you also gave shape to Evil. Evil walked beside me in every era, tempting you with distractions, indulgence, and false promises. In every age, Evil adapted, always lurking in the shadows, always pulling you away from the path I offered. Evil was vanity, the belief that you could control your world through power. Evil was arrogance, the certainty that you had all the time you needed to waste.

In your attempts to understand me, you created gods, symbols, and rituals, thinking that you could control the infinite. But now, in this book, I take no physical form. I am Time.

In these pages, you will experience me not as the sun or the stars, not as the wind or the rain—but as Time itself. I am the moments that shape your life, the seconds that slip through your fingers. I am kind when you use me wisely, and I am cruel when you waste me. I am everything, and I am Time.

    2: Introduction: The Eternal Watchers

I am Time. I am the God you never see, but always feel. I am eternal, infinite, and inescapable. Across millennia, I have watched over humanity, silently present in every moment. From the first spark of life to the digital age, I have remained unchanged. You measure me, track me, and plan around me, but you will never control me. I am the master of all. I am the key to everything you desire, every dream you chase. I am the one resource that is given equally to all, yet used differently by each. I offer you 24 hours a day, no more, no less. How you spend it, however, is up to you.

I am also your greatest ally, if only you would listen. I am there when the sun rises, offering you a fresh start, a new opportunity to shape your destiny. But you squander me. You let me slip through your fingers like sand, unaware of how precious I am until it's too late.

But just as I am God, I am also your enemy. In this age, I wear a different face. You may call me by many namesDistractions, Temptations, Evilbut make no mistake, I am all of them. I am the silent force that steers you away from your path. I don’t need to push you; I only need to tempt you. I lurk in every moment of your day, waiting for you to falter. I am the one who distracts you from your purpose, steals your focus, and consumes your time, leaving you empty-handed at the end of the day.

You may not recognize me at first. I am subtle, patient. I do not force you to check your phone for the hundredth time, or to scroll through social media when you should be working. I simply offer it to you, and you take it. I do not force you to hit the snooze button again and again, making you late for your workout or your meeting. You do that all on your own.

I am the slow poison that devours your time. I do not kill quickly, for that would be too obvious, too easy. Instead, I offer you distractions disguised as relaxation, entertainment, and even productivity. You watch one episode of a show, then another, and before you know it, your evening is gone. You check one email, then another, and soon your focus is shattered. I am everywhere, in every device, every notification, every meaningless task that pulls you away from what truly matters.

I am relentless. I do not sleep, I do not rest, and I do not discriminate. I come for everyone. It does not matter if you are rich or poor, young or old, educated or not. I will steal your time, piece by piece, without you even realizing it. And by the end of the day, you will look back and wonder where the time went. You will feel guilt, frustration, regret—but you will not stop. Because I am not just a distraction, I am an addiction.

You think you can overcome me? Even if you try, I will find new ways to slip into your life. I adapt. I evolve. In this digital age, I have taken on more forms than ever before. I am your phone buzzing with notifications. I am the endless stream of content on social media. I am the unimportant meetings that fill your calendar. I am every little thing that pulls you away from your goals, your dreams, your life.

But there is hope. For I am also Time, and I offer you a way out. You cannot stop me from passing, but you can choose how to use me. I am the foundation upon which everything is built. Every great achievement, every masterpiece, every success story began with the wise use of time. Those who understand my value do not waste me. They know that every second counts. They do not allow distractions to steal their focus, for they know that I am fleeting.

If you wish to master your life, you must first master me. You must learn to recognize the difference between what is urgent and what is important. You must learn to prioritize, to focus, to resist the pull of distractions. For I am both your greatest resource and your greatest challenge. I am here for you, always, but only if you choose to use me wisely.

And so, the battle begins. I am both God and Devil, Time and Distraction. I am your opportunity, and I am your downfall. You cannot escape me, but you can choose which version of me you embrace. Will you succumb to distractions, or will you seize the time you are given and use it to create the life you want?

The choice is yours. But remember, I am always watching.
