About this ebook

When you sleep at night, what happens to your waking world? Does it sleep too? "Outside – Inside" explores the boundary between the outside and the inside of you. The starting point is that everything is energy; everything outside of you, and everything inside of you is energy. So, what is the boundary between the energies composing, your outside and inside worlds?
It is a curious journey from the outside un-manifested energy to the inside manifested world. And what are you carrying inside? Only memories of things that never happened exactly the way you thought they did.

Logically, it all makes sense and it leads to another question: Can programming be changed to perceive energy all around us, or will that answer also be an illusion?

Most accurate description of reality I have ever read! I have read, heard, watched and meditated a lot, so this is really good stuff! (Within the illusion of course ?)

Prologue:

A Paradigm Shift

With nothing up my sleeve and little scientific evidence, I will attempt to shift your paradigm of understanding around who you are and what your world is. It will not be an easy task, given the weight of your programming from birth right up to the present moment.

Together, we will be looking at what is outside of us and what is inside us. Both of these conditions are not quite what we might think they are. I will redefine some terms and add new ones. The approach is not scientific, although science is referenced throughout this reading. It is not a physical approach, either. Even though we discuss physical systems, I reduce them to their energetic equivalencies.

First, I will define the components we will be combining. It may be helpful to think of concepts rather than physical objects. Since everything is energy, in most cases, energy systems will replace physical objects.

Second, I combine the energy systems in ways that reflect the outcome observed. It may not be the observation of our conscious mind. But then, the conscious mind is not involved in the process that much anyway.

Talking to myself, often, when awakening in the morning or at other times, I am caught in that in-between state of being calm—my thoughts crystal clear, and being fully present, awake, and aware. And in that space, the most interesting ideas come to me. When my feet touch the floor, I remember only a few of them. However, when working on a manuscript, I can enter that in-between realm through the hypnotic effect of the computer monitor and the words dancing in front of me. Interesting ideas emerge then, at least for me, and I try to make them fit into what I am working on at that moment.

The chapters are short, some quite short, only a few paragraphs. However, with the flow of ideas, it seems to work. It is the flow from one thought to the next that is important, and sometimes, it’s complete in a few paragraphs for now.

As a way of clarifying my thinking, I add things as if I am talking to
